摘要
In this paper, discusses the design features of the stacker crane, which is the main working body of automated systems for sorting and storage of various cargoes. The research of durability, vibrations and sustainability of its metal structures by well-known package modeling and finite element analysis of MSC/NASTRAN is considered. Evaluation of stress-strain state of stacker crane, focused on creating full finite element models and a variety of types of calculations: linear and nonlinear crushing, research on sustainability, calculate natural oscillation forms and natural oscillation frequencies, the implementation of dynamic frequency and thermal analysis of structures, optimization of its parameters. By results of researches recommendations been given on improving the design of stacker crane.
