摘要
Abstract A facile coating method was used to control the number of layers precisely through multistep coating cycles. Effect of multilayers on the impact sensitivity of HMX were studied. Impact sensitivity of HMX significantly increased after one coating cycle, but decreased within increasing coating cycles subsequently. This changing trend of impact sensitivity of HMX with the increasing of coating layer thickness could be caused by the growth of surface roughness, the reduction of thermal stability, and the changing of the quasi-static compression properties.
