There exists much complexity of the collective behavior driven by individual rule,by analyzing the character of the system,the system is divided into a random system with Multi-Local-Worlds from time-scale,small time-scale and large time-scale,and space-scale,micro space-scale and macro space-scale,then a positive-experimental-analytic paradigm is introduced to research this system,then the details are specified.
