Effect observation of Shenqi decoction on recovery of the wound of patient with anal fistula

Objective To observe the effect of Shenqi decoction on recovery of the wound of patient with anal fistula. Method 160 patients with anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=80) were treated by Shenqi decoction. Patients in control group (n=80) were treated by routine therapy. Result The total effective rate in treatment group (94.16%) was higher than that in control group (85.00%, P0.05). The average recovery time of the treatment group was less than that of control group. And the symptoms such as ache and overflow of the succus of the wound showed an improvement for treatment group.Conclusion Shenqi decoction has a significant effect on the recovery of the wound of the anal fistula patients in comparison with routine therapy.
