Low Palladium‐Loading HY Zeolite Catalyzed Hydrolysis of Hydrosilanes to Silanols and Alkoxysilanes

Abstract A low palladium‐loading heterogeneous catalyst has been developed for the hydrolysis of hydrosilanes to silanols and alkoxysilanes under mild and neutral reaction conditions with broad substrate scope. After five recycling runs, this low palladium‐loading catalyst keeps good activity for this transformation.
