摘要
Potassium transport mechanisms are pivotal for plant development and stress responses. Here, we elucidate the structural and functional dynamics of the plant K+ outward rectifier channel SKOR and a double-mutations variant (SKDM) that changes the channel into an inward rectifier one. This study provides clues for understanding the K+ distribution control and efficient utilization of K+ nutrients in plants.
