摘要
In this paper, a self-biased double- Y-junction circulator at Ka band is designed based on the circulator theory. The circulator can achieve the circular effect without an external bias magnetic field. By comparing with the traditional circulator with biased magnetic field, this design of the circulator is significantly smaller and lighter, and easy to be integrated. The simulation software results indicate that the operating frequency is at Ka band, the insertion loss is below 1.5 dB, VSWR is below 1.2, the isolation is greater than 18 dB, relative bandwidth is greater than 5%.
