摘要
In this work, vinyl silane modified silica grafted sulfonic acid based polymeric ionic liquids (SPILs) catalysts were successfully synthesized and characterized by 13C MAS NMR, XPS, FT-IR, TG, XRD, BET, SEM, and CA. Hydroxylamine was generated by hydrolysis of cyclohexanone oxime reaction. Box–Behnken design and response surface methodology were used to further study the various reaction conditions and their interactions that affected the conversion of cyclohexanone oxime. Superior catalytic performance and more stable structure of the SPILs compared to conventional loaded ionic liquid catalysts. Furthermore, a possible reaction path was proposed for cyclohexanone oxime hydrolysis, and a series of ketoximes were also tested over the SPILs catalysts. The conversion was not less than 64.65%. Synthesis of SPILs catalysts with good properties would be very important for their applications.
