摘要
Abstract Well-stable MnO 2 nanoparticles were prepared by directly mixing potassium permanganate and polyelectrolyte aqueous solutions, with the use of polyelectrolyte to serve both as a reducing agent and a protective agent. Such nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), and their growth kinetics was further traced by in situ UV–vis spectra.
