摘要
Two methods of preservation (L‐drying and liquid nitrogen storage) are examined as a means of successfully keeping and transporting stocks of methane utilizing bacteria. Polyvinylpyrrolidone and methanol appear to be good overall cryoprotectants for any of these organisms.
