摘要
This research aims at finding out what kind of precautions are taken in line with the teaching-learning process and how these are realized at state primary schools. As for methodology of this research, the participant teachers were observed in different classes. The teachers’ precautions in order to organizing and managing instruction in their class were investigated by means of observing their strategies at three periods: pre-while-post phases of the class. Organizing and managing instruction has based on the identification of target behaviours and teaching tools, actual teaching, receiving feedback, revising, summarizing, evaluation and reinforcement activities. Organizing and managing instruction is one of the ways for establishing and keeping the class organization. It can also be defined as an integration of teaching environment and learning experiences. It has been found out that the participant teachers of this research have lacked of management skills of teaching activity.
