摘要
There is the continued need to develop and evaluate models designed to address the health disparities that sexual and gender minority (SGM) groups experience as a result of multiple sociocultural factors. SGM populations have been found to have a higher prevalence of physical and mental health conditions, and to experience barriers to care and other unique social and structural inequities [1–3]. To enhance the care continuum, disclosure of sexual orientation and sexual behavior by sexual minority individuals has been advocated for within public health practice.
