摘要
Some samples of MnTe show a magnetic hysteresis in the Hall effect below 260° K and a sharp peak in the transverse magnetoresistance at 260° K. The data suggest the change of an antiferromagnetic state into a weakly ferromagnetic state by means of two successive second - order phase transitions at 260° and about 250° K.
