Protein PUPPETs: Fusing a bacterial P450 and its two electron transfer-related proteins with S. solfataricus PCNAs can generate a functional stand-alone noncovalent heterotrimeric complex of these proteins (PCNA-utilized protein complex of P450 and its electron transfer-related proteins, PUPPET).
