摘要
In the present study, two new Co(II)-based coordination polymers with the chemical formulae of [Co2(chtc)(H2O)]·3H2O (1) and [Co2(chtc)(4,4′-bpy)0.5] (2) have been successfully prepared via a solvothermal reaction of Co(NO3)2·6H2O and cyclohexane-1e,2a,4a,5e-tetracarboxylic acid (H4chtc) without or with the auxiliary N-donor ligand 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bpy). The as-prepared two coordination polymers have been studied via the IR spectra, elemental analyses, thermogravimetric analyses, powder X-ray diffraction study, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Furthermore, the treatment effect of compounds 1 and 2 on the CVB3 induced viral myocarditis was evaluated in vivo and the specific mechanism was explored. The Creatine Kinase detection kit was performed to detect the content of the Creatine Kinase (CK-MB) in the myocardial cells. Besides, the real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction was conducted and the relative expression level of the NF-κB in myocardial cells was determined.
