摘要
A single screw expander was developed for low-temperature waste heat power generation system. The advantages of single screw expander are low speed, big expansion ratio and high volumetric efficiency, etc. Moreover, it allow wet vapor into the expander because of its adaptive of full flow expansion. In the paper, the influence of medium humidity on the performance of single screw expander was detailed experimented with compressed air mixing water vapor. It is formed that the appropriate increase of medium humidity can effectively improve the power and efficiency of single screw expander.
