摘要
Heavy metal pollution in agricultural land becomes more and more serious in recent years. How to use the contaminated agricultural land in safe way becomes the most important and urgent thing. If we can evaluate the heavy metal adsorption charateristics of different vegetables correctly,we should reduce the harm which heavy metal does to human healthy efficiently. In this article,a pot experiment was conducted to study the interspecific differences of Cd and Pb accumulation of vegetables. The result showed the differences were significant.Cd content of edible part in different vegetables followed such order: Pakchoi(Brassica chinensis L.) radish(Raphanus sativus L.) lettuce(Lactuca sativa L.) green bean(Phaseolus vulgaris L.) cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.) tomato(Solanum lycopersicum L.).Pb content of edible part in different vegetables followed such order: Pakchoi green bean and radish cucumber tomato and lettuce. With the increasing of Cd or Pb in soil, their content in vegetables increased. Both Cd and Pb accumulation coefficients of pakchoi and radish increased significantly, while Pb accumulation coefficients of cucumber and green bean decreased with the increasing of them in soil.Pb in soil markedly reduced Cd accumulation capacity of radish, while Pb accumulation was not significantly correlated with Cd.From the research, tomatoes can be planted in slight Cd and Pb pollution soil with low food safety risk.
