摘要
Printed electronics actively drives innovations in wearable technology. This article reports a flexible, highly conformal 6-lead electrocardiography (ECG) patch with printed electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielded lead wires. The skin patch is fabricated through high throughput roll-to-roll (R2R) screen printing and automated integration processes. The patch connects to an electronics unit via magnetic connectors to form a fully functional ECG system. The design considerations for the R2R process flow are discussed, and a sample recording of the ECG device is presented.
