摘要
The novel processing strategies of non-isothermal ageing (NIA) combined with cold rolling are proposed in this study. Results indicate that the pre-deformation of 20% in pre-deformation and NIA technology is more conducive to improving the corrosion resistance. The NIA and cold rolling technology promotes intermittent precipitation of grain boundary precipitates and higher density of dislocation cells. Therefore, the alloy processed by NIA for 16 h followed by cold rolling represents superior corrosion resistance. Meanwhile, the alloy processed by NIA for 16 h followed by cold rolling presents higher yield strength than that of the alloy treated by pre-deformation and NIA for 16 h.
