In an attempt to circumvent the lipophilicity burden for the oral administration of new potent synthetic melatoninergic fluorine-substituted methoxyphenylalkyl amides, we conducted in vitro modified release studies using carefully selected matrix tablets' biopolymeric materials in different ratios.
