We propose a C-type all-dielectric metasurface. By analyzing the electromagnetic field of the metasurface unit structure, it is found that this type of metasurface unit can achieve high Q value. The unit structure parameters of high quality factor are obtained by optimizing the unit structure cycle, surface structure size and other parameters. We apply this all-dielectric metasurface to biomolecular sensing. By changing the harmonic amplitude of resonant frequency, the detection limit of bovine serum protein solution with different mass fractions was 0.05 mg/mL, which laid the foundation for the labeling detection of biomolecules.
