摘要
As artificial intelligence (AI) is used increasingly often in human civilization, it is necessary to examine how people and AI interact. The technology advancement has progressed beyond the simple encoding of human information into a machine to the creation of computers that "know how" to automatically acquire the data they require, understand from it, and operate in their surroundings. Thankfully, this requirement has theoretical roots that date to the creation of computers, therefore it is not a recent one. This study examines the potential interactions between a person's natural intellectual ability and a machine's manufactured cognitive intelligence vi a an interdisciplinary viewpoint. To comprehend the interaction between humans and artificial intelligence (AI), as well as to show its origin and the function of confidence in it, the technological journey over the previous 50 years will indeed be explored. To identify a number of underlying technological obstacles to a reliable human-AI interaction, risks and possibilities at the human-AI interface will be examined. In that case, trust deficit, limited knowledge, data privacy and data scarcity emerged to be major challenges. The critical analysis of the publications draws the conclusion that, notwithstanding of the how intelligent AI is, any assimilation of it into the human welfare structure would require some sort of connection on some stage rather than another. This means that humans will "very often" actively engage in certain judgement loops, either through-the-loop or through, that will have an impact on the processes of AI.
