Photoredox-catalyzed reaction of thianthrenium salts, sulfur dioxide and hydrazines

A photoredox-catalyzed reaction of thianthrenium salts, hydrazines and DABCO·(SO 2 ) 2 is accomplished, providing diverse arenesulfonohydrazides in moderate to good yields under mild reaction conditions.
