Prepatellar and Olecranon Arthroscopic Bursectomy

An arthroscopic technique for the excision of chronic prepatellar and olecranon bursae is presented. The results of this procedure, open surgical procedures, the pathophysiology, and the conservative care of prepatellar and olecranon bursitis are discussed.
