其它 | Objective To explore the association between sleep status and depression among adult residents in China, and to provide a scientific and reasonable basis for the prevention and control of depression among residents. Methods Based on the 2020 China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) database, we obtained demographic data, health and lifestyle information of the study participants, and included 20,384 valid samples. We used logistic regression and restricted cubic spline plots to explore the relationship between sleep and depression. Results The detection rate of depression in adults was 16.2%, and nap duration and nighttime sleep duration were J-type and U-type correlated with the occurrence of depression; nap duration < 30 min (OR = 1.220, 95% CI: 1.090 - 1.366), nighttime sleep duration < 7 h (OR = 1.727, 95% CI: 1.572 - 1.898), > 9 h (OR = 1.228, 95% CI: 1.050 - 1.436) were associated with a high risk of depression; |
