其它 | Ceramics aerogel is an appealing candidate for advanced thermal insulation systems owing to its ultralow thermal conductivity and exceptional thermal stability. Nevertheless, the long-standing obstacle for its practical application is to realize the required mechanical elasticity, especially under extreme operational conditions. Herein, organic aramid nanofibers (ANFs) and inorganic aluminum oxide (Al2O3) ceramic microfibers assembled superelastic and multifunctional lamellar hybrid aerogel is developed using a simple and universal freeze-drying technique. The ANFs are synthesized by a scalable top-down deprotonation approach, while the Al2O3 microfibers are fabricated by an efficient electro-blown spinning technique.
