摘要
Solar cells are mainly based on semiconductor materials, and their working principle is to use photoelectric materials to absorb light energy and trigger photovoltaic reaction. According to the different materials used, solar cells can be divided into silicon solar cells; solar cells made of inorganic salts such as gallium arsenide III-V compounds, cadmium sulfide, copper indium selenium, and other multiple compounds; solar cells prepared from a functional polymer material or nanocrystalline (such as perovskite), etc. In this chapter, the basic structure, energy storage mechanism, electrode material (especially the perovskite and composite materials), and application prospects of solar cells are briefly reviewed.
