Pulmonary-renal syndrome in IgA vasculitis

A 65-year old man was admitted with acute kidney failure, respiratory difficulty, and hemoptysis. He had a medical history of chronic kidney disease stage 3A. He noted a skin rash starting 4 days before admission, accompanied by arthralgia affecting both knees and ankles, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.
