摘要
Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a major topic of discussion in recent years, as the advancement of AI has raised several ethical and legal questions, including the issue of natural law and legal positivism. In this paper, we will examine the implications of these two theories for AI and its regulation. The discussion of AI and the law highlights the ongoing relevance of the debate between the two theories, and raises questions about the role of the state and the importance of ethical considerations in shaping the law in the modern era. The challenge for policymakers is to find a balance between these two approaches that can ensure that AI is developed and used in a way that protects individuals and society from harm and that reflects the values and principles that are important to us.
