Reasch Progress on Structure and Mechanism of CRISPR

Clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats( CRISPR),which provides effective resistance against foreign nucleic-acid elements has become a hot spot in the research of bacteriologists both at home and abroad. On the basis of introducing the research history,distribution clsssification,structure and characteristics,the mechanism and application prospects of CRISPR-system were reviewed.
