摘要
Pulmonary fibrosis is a common pathological disease with unknown causes, characterized by extracellular matrix and collagen deposition.Cytokines, myofibroblasts, epithelial mesenchymal transition, protease system and oxidative stress play important roles in the development and progression of pulmonary fibrosis.This paper summarizes the research progress on pathogenesis of pulmonary fibrosis and explores effective prevention and treatment measures.
