Anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT) has the characteristics of non-contact, noninvasive, high sensitivity, and repeatability, and offers high-resolution in vivo imaging of the structures of the anterior eye segment. It can be used in the diagnosis and assistance of conditions related to the anterior eye segment. This review provides an update on the research and clinical applications of AS-OCT in corneal refractive surgery, including preoperative keratoconus screening, intraoperative real-time visualization of corneal structures, postoperative corneal evaluation, and management of postoperative complications. We also explore the potential application of AS-OCT in combination with corneal biomechanical detection for corneal refractive surgery.前节相干光层析成像术(AS-OCT)具有非接触性、非侵入性、高灵敏度、可重复性高等特点,能够对眼前节各层结构进行高分辨成像,可应用于眼前节疾病诊断及辅助手术。本文旨在综述AS-OCT在角膜屈光手术中的应用进展,包括术前圆锥角膜筛查、术中角膜结构实时可视化监测与指引、术后角膜评估及术后并发症管理等,并展望AS-OCT 联合角膜生物力学检测的潜在应用价值。.
