Minimally invasive transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (MIS-TLIF) is a common surgery that has been extensively reported. However, publications on 3-level MIS-TLIF are sparse, and the effects of multilevel MIS-TLIF on sagittal balance remain controversial.
