Exploiting two-dimensional hybrid perovskites incorporating secondary amines for high-performance array photodetection

We present a new 2D hybrid perovskite by alloying secondary dimethylammonium cation as the “perovskiter” into the PbI₃ framework, which shows the strong in-plane photoresponses.
