摘要
CaYGaO4:Bi3+, CaYGaO4:Mn4+ and CaYGaO4:Bi3+/Mn4+ phosphors were synthesized by high temperature reactions. Their crystalline phase was investigated by XRD measurements. And their composition was revealed by the EDS spectrum and elemental mapping images. The results demonstrate the successful synthesis of CaYGaO4 based phosphors. Their luminescence performance was investigated by fluorescence spectrophotometer. Upon the excitation, the CaYGaO4:Bi3+ and CaYGaO4:Mn4+ phosphors emit cyan and deep-red emission, respectively. For CaYGaO4:Bi3+/Mn4+ phosphors, Mn4+ emission is enhanced efficiently due to energy transfer from Bi3+ to Mn4+.
