摘要
Objective: To optimize the optimum extraction conditions on cellulase composite enzymatic extraction process of Fructus Lycii protein. Methods: The total protein content was detected by Bradford assay. The extraction conditions including enzyme amount,extraction time,extraction temperature,solid-liquid ratio and p H value were investigated by single factor experiment. Then,the solid-liquid ratio,extraction time,extraction temperature,p H value were further tested by orthogonal experiment( 4 factors and 3levels) for extraction. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: temperature 50 ℃,time 1.5h,solid-liquid ratio 1:25,p H value 6.0. Under the optimized conditions,the extraction content of protein was 26.58 mg/g. Conclusion:The result provides reliable and reasonable parameters to extraction process of Fructus Lycii protein.
