The effects of heat treatment processes of two-stage solution and two-stage aging on microstructure,hardness and wear resistance of Al-Si-Mg alloy were studied.The results show that,solution treatment at 520 ℃for 8 h,then pre-aging at 145℃ for 3.5h and end-aging at 175℃ for 3.5h,the high hardness,good wear resistance of Al-Si-Mg alloy samples can be obtained.
