摘要
By using the fluid network installed flow control valves as the research object, we establish fluid network system resistance model and calculate the hydraulic balance optimal operation by using the linear programming optimization method and characteristic curve fitting of pump. In a specially designed structure of the experimental platform, the feasibility and accuracy of hydraulic balance are tested and verified. Calculation and experimental results show that fluid network system is optimized by the linear programming. The flow control valve combined with pump frequency conversion technology have good effect on energy saving.
