摘要
In article number 1807356, Yishen Zhu, Qingqiang Yao, and co-workers develop a strategy to molecularly functionalize the self-assembling peptide hydrogel (SAPH) FEFEFKFK onto 3D-printed polycaprolactone (PCL) scaffolds, forming a reliable and stable coating layer. The prepared SAPH-coated PCL scaffolds provide a superior performance for the regeneration of cartilage and subchondral bone simultaneously, offering a flexible strategy for osteochondral defects caused by osteoarthritis or acute trauma.
