摘要
Editor—Propofol infusion syndrome (PRIS) is a potentially fatal complication of propofol administration. PRIS is associated with mitochondrial damage and defective free fatty acid metabolism, ultimately leading to hepatomegaly, hepatic steatosis, hyperlipidaemia, metabolic acidosis, rhabdomyolysis, and myoglobinaemia. 1 Bray R.J.
