摘要
Low output performance and poor anti-wear characteristics are still obstacles for further development of triboelectric nanogenerators (TENG). Here, a novel approach to reinforce the output performance and anti-wear properties is reported. The TENG’s output performance significantly increased by adding stearic acid (SA) into PVC. Furthermore, the wear rate of PVC film with 5 wt % SA reduced 82%, which is a guarantee for the TENG stability. In addition, the TENG acted as a power supplier forming effective impressed current cathodic protection. A new strategy is developed to fabricate triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) by adding stearic acid (SA) into PVC matrix, which not only improve the output performance but also enhance the anti-wear and stability of TENG. By adding 5 wt % SA, the output performance reach an optimal value and wear rate reduce by 82%. The PVC-SA TENG exhibits a great potential application in self-powered anticorrosion system.
