Alfred Adler and Adlerian Theory in Support of a Positive Work Environment and Victims of Workplace Bullying

There are numerous needs-based theories that have both a proactive and reactive application to support workplace bully victims and at times to support workplace bullies. The following chapter will discuss Alfred Adler’s Adlerian Theory and how understanding Adler’s work can help workplace managers minimize incivilities among their teams.
