摘要
Based on design concept of risk and life(RBD),the possible failure modes of pressure equipment in production and in application were analyzed,including the establishment of risk evaluation system which having main failure modes and risk control methods contained.According to the API standards on calculating failure probability,failure consequence and risk value,the high-risk condition and position were identified and the solutions to these failures were presented so that the risk can be controlled at an acceptable level.
