Analgesic Mechanism of Dexmedetomidine and Esketamine in Rats with Spinal Cord Injury

Spinal cord injury (SCI) is usually caused by external direct or indirect factors, and with a high morbidity and mortality rate. The aim of this study was to observe the effects of Dexmedetomidine (DEX) combined with Esketamine (ESK) on pain behavior and potential analgesic mechanisms in rats with SCI. The goal was to provide a reliable multimodal analgesic medication regimen for SCI.
