To evaluate factors associated with new-onset migraine (NOM) after transcatheter atrial septal defect (ASD) closure and predictors of unremitting NOM. The pathogenic role of migraine biomarkers such as calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) and neuropeptide Y (NPY) were also assessed.
