摘要
Inspired by natural animals and plants, people have successfully endowed various substrates with superhydrophobic properties using bionics principles, thus solving multiple scientific problems. Paper-based materials are cheap, renewable, and have great application value. Therefore, the paper has been widely studied in the superhydrophobic fields. The premise of industrial superhydrophobic materials is to put forward a green, efficient, and simple preparation method. Meanwhile, the prepared superhydrophobic paper must have excellent comprehensive properties. This paper briefly introduced the origin preparation methods and the applications of superhydrophobic materials; then emphatically summarized its preparation. Finally, the properties and application fields of superhydrophobic paper prepared by various methods were described, and the development has been prospected.
