摘要
In order to study the hazards and process of LPG deflagration. This paper takes the actual LPG cylinder leakage explosion case as the research object and uses Fluent numerical simulation software to simulate the indoor gas deflagration process in three dimensions. Mainly on the case of different initiation points, the pressure field changes in the process of deflagration to analyze and compare with the accident site. Simulation results in line with the explosion pressure development trend, through the simulation found that: the presence of obstacles inside the explosion chamber will increase the impulse on the wall, causing damage to the structure; Fluent software simulation of the deflagration accident helps to restore the accident, the cause of the accident analysis. These findings provide a theoretical basis for proposing better safety protection measures for liquefied petroleum gas.
