A 26-year-old woman was admitted for a presumed heterotopic pregnancy (HP). She denied a history of sexually transmitted diseases. She underwent tube catheterization for proximal tubal obstruction under the guidance of fluoroscopy 5 years ago because of primary infertility. Two months later, she had a right tubal pregnancy and received laparoscopic salpingotomy. She did not conceive since then and turned to assisted reproduction technology.
