Detection of lactic acid and succinic acid in shellfish by HPLC

The sample preparation method and the determination method of lactic acid and succinic acid in shellfish were discussed in this paper.The result shows that compared with the ethyl alcohol precipitation method and the GB law method,the mobile phase extraction method was the most suitable one for the sample preparation.The best condition of determination was that 2.0% NH4H2PO4(pH2.5) was as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the wave length 205nm.The method has the good linearity,higher accuracy and the accuracy.The coefficient of recovery reached 94.0%,99.9% and the RSD was 0.09%-0.14%.In addition,two kinds of shellfishes were analyzed in the paper.
