Yangming Meridian Acupuncture in the Treatment of Chloasma Random Parallel Control Study

[Objective]To observe the acupuncture curative effect in the treatment of chloasma.[Methods]Using random parallel control method,85 cases of clinic patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group,40 cases of oral VC300mg/time,3 times/ d,3% hydroquinone cream,besmear outside surface of chloasma,2 times/d.The treatment group 45 cases take li4,day pivot,st 36 holes.Qi and blood deficiency and spleen shu,shu,and complement,qi and blood biochemical effect by the strong;Take ke shu qi and blood stasis and blood,with nourishing flat diarrhea due to strong promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis;Yang Ming relieving heat and li 11,Chambers,with reducing method,with strongly held by relieving diarrhea,fever.1/d,encounter period suspension of acupuncture and moxibustion,two courses of two weeks.Continuous treatment of 30 d for 1 course of treatment.Observation of clinical efficacy,adverse reactions.For 2 course of treatment,to judge curative effect.12 cases.[Results]The treatment group cure,improvement in 25 cases,8 no effect,the total effective rate was 82.22%.And 22 cases of control group,3 were cured,improved 15 cases,total effective rate was 62.50%.The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group(P0.05).Significant.[Conclusion]The effect of acupuncture in the treatment of chloasma,worthy of promotion.
